Job summary

FAME is seeking a Fashion Designer with a contemporary eye to create wearable womenswear that balances style, comfort, and affordability. You will develop collections, moodboards, colour palettes, and technical drawings to guide production.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, solid fabric and fit knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator or similar software. Join our team in Surabaya and help translate trends into commercially appealing designs.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing strong eye for womenswear, proportion, and detail.
• Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit.
• Proficiency in Illustrator or similar design software.
• Creativity balanced with attention to quality, cost, and everyday wearability.
• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
• Background in fashion design or relevant industry experience.
