Job summary

The German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID) is seeking a proactive Senior Executive – Stakeholder Relations & Strategic Partnerships to strengthen government, embassy, and industry partnerships in Jakarta.

You will coordinate executive engagements, manage external relationships, and organize high-level delegations and roundtables, driving meaningful connections between the public and private sectors while supporting EKONID's growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, consulting, market research, project management, international trade, or related fields.
• Experience with international clients, chambers of commerce or trade promotion organizations is advantageous.
• Experience in project implementation and stakeholder management is highly desirable.

• Coordinate executive-level meetings, official visits, stakeholder engagements, and delegation activities.

The German-Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (EKONID) is seeking a proactive and highly connected Senior Executive – Stakeholder Relations & Strategic Partnerships to support the Chamber's engagement with government institutions, embassies, member companies, and strategic partners.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with business leaders, policymakers, diplomatic representatives, and industry stakeholders while contributing to initiatives that strengthen German-Indonesian economic cooperation.

Working directly with EKONID's leadership, you will play a key role in coordinating strategic engagements, managing stakeholder relationships, organizing executive-level roundtables and delegation activities, and supporting initiatives that create meaningful connections between the public and private sectors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with government institutions, embassies, member companies, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, official visits, stakeholder engagements, and delegation activities.
• Organize roundtables, networking events, policy dialogues, and high-level business discussions.
• Support the Executive Director and management team through meeting preparation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up management.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between external stakeholders and internal departments
• Coordinate member engagement activities, company visits, and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Prepare briefing notes, talking points, reports, and stakeholder updates for leadership.
• Monitor action items and ensure timely follow-up on strategic initiatives and external engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration , Economics, International Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in business development, consulting, market research, project management, international trade, or related fields.
• Experience working with international clients, chambers of commerce, trade promotion organizations, consulting firms, or business associations is an advantage.
• Experience in project implementation and stakeholder management is highly desirable.
