Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an experienced in-house Brand Designer to join the global in-house brand team. The role supports day-to-day design across digital and print, collaborating with marketing, content, web, and internal teams to deliver on-brand campaigns.

The position offers global exposure across APAC, Europe, and the Americas, with flexible hybrid working and opportunities to grow from junior designer to core creative contributor. Tools provided include MacBook Pro and assets libraries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or in-house creative role.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication across marketing, content, web, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of creative assets across digital, social media, web, presentations, email, events, and print.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, web, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Review and provide feedback on designs from junior designers or external freelancers.
• Evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Stay updated on design trends and AI-powered tools.

The role works closely with marketing, content, web, social media, and other internal teams to create impactful designs that align with brand standards while supporting business objectives.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of creative assets across digital, social media, web, presentations, email, events, and print.
• Work closely with marketing, content, web, social media, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Ensure all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Review and provide feedback on designs produced by junior designers or external freelancers.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, visual storytelling, and creative direction.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and work with vendors when required.
• Stay informed of design trends, tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement in creative output.

Competencies and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or an in-house creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, digital, and campaign work.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong interest in graphic design and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva, Affinity, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is an advantage.
• Maintains awareness of industry design trends and demonstrates openness to exploring and adapting to AI-powered creative tools.
• Collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and incorporate feedback.
