Qualifications

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or related discipline preferred.
• Strong payroll software and IT application skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of clients in Payroll Services.
• Lead junior and senior staff in service delivery for payroll, leave management and tax filing.
• Advise clients on payroll-related issues.
• Ensure client data is maintained with high integrity.
• Act as technical expert to executives and provide guidance.
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the team.
• Supervise and review subordinates’ work.
• Assist the Manager to monitor and manage productivity and effectiveness of the team.

JOBSPECIFICREQUIREMENTS

• DegreeHolderinHumanResourcesManagementorAccountancyoranyrelateddisciplinesispreferred;
• Atleast6yearsofrelevantworkingexperienceinpayrollservices,preferablyinanoutsourcingenvironmentorhavemanagedlargeemployees’payrollinamulti-nationalcompany;
• Supervisoryexperiencenecessary;
• AdeptinpayrollsoftwareandotherITapplication;
• Well-versedinlocalcountryemploymentordinances,taxpracticesandpensionandrelatedordinances;
• Haveexcellentcommunicationskill(written&spoken)inEnglish&Bahasa
• Abletoworkunderpressureandunderminimumsupervision
• Haveleadershipskillandabletoworkinateam
