Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee conferences, training programs, workshops, seminars, and corporate events in Jakarta. You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring readiness, budgets, and high-quality participant experience.

The role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and budgeting skills, with leadership and communication excellence. Travel and flexible hours may be required to support multiple events across the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Min. 5–8 years of experience in event management, conference management, or corporate training/event operations.
• Strong project management, event planning, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to travel or work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, training programs, workshops, seminars, and corporate events to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure overall event readiness by managing event timelines, logistics, resources, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, speakers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event preparation and execution.
• Monitor event budgets, manage risks, and resolve operational issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvements to enhance future event performance and participant experience.
