Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to drive day-to-day BD activities and coordinate with BINUS University departments on programs and services. You will review market opportunities, forecast revenue, and build strategic plans for growth.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and financial planning skills, with experience in startups or product-market strategies. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree.
2+ years at senior staff level or 4+ years total work experience.
Experience in business development, startups, or product/marketing strategy.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective day-to-day operational activity in Business Development.
Collaborate with BINUS University departments for BD programs and services.
Coordinate cooperation to support BD activities.
Review market opportunities via meetings, networking and other channels with NVS.
Create development plans, forecast revenue/sales targets and growth.
Develop financial projections and investor reports as needed.
Maintain relationships with partners and clients.
Design presentations and participate in meetings with partners.
Explore funding to develop new businesses, from BINUS or external investors.
Identify opportunities and assess candidate companies for impact.
Set up teams for approved new businesses and oversee implementation.
Handle ad hoc issues related to Business Development.
Management support: provide reports to supervisor and suggest improvements.
Support Quality Management System tasks.
