Job summary

KPMG Jakarta Center for ESG Services is seeking a seasoned ESG Risk & Reporting professional to drive climate and biodiversity risk analyses, ESG reporting, and decarbonization strategy engagements for regional clients.

You will lead data-driven risk assessments, develop client-ready reports and dashboards, and coordinate TCFD and TNFD implementations while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (TCFD, TNFD, GRI, ISSB)
Experience in climate and biodiversity risk analyses and decarbonization
Proven ability to translate complex ESG data into client-ready reports and dashboards
Professional certifications in accounting, sustainability or ESG are valued

Responsibilities

Lead ESG reporting and risk analysis engagements for clients
Collaborate with Global ESG Centres of Excellence to deliver end-to-end services
Manage ESG risk assessments across operations and supply chains
Coordinate TCFD and TNFD reporting processes and data gathering
Develop training sessions and workshops on ESG topics for internal and external stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with clients and senior management to ensure client success
