Job summary

KPMG Indonesia is seeking a seasoned ESG professional to drive ESG reporting, climate risk and biodiversity risk advisory services for clients. The role involves leading risk assessments across operations and supply chains, developing dashboards, and delivering high-quality client deliverables.

You will collaborate with global ESG Centres of Excellence and cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end services, including proposals, training, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ESG reporting landscapes and climate/biodiversity risk.
• Experience with TCFD/TNFD/GRI reporting frameworks is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, environmental science, sustainability).
• Professional certifications related to accounting, sustainability and ESG are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Position KPMG as a leading ESG reporting and risk analysis firm.
• Support business development including proposals and thought leadership pieces.
• Oversee ESG reporting, climate risk analysis, and biodiversity risk assessments for clients.
• Coordinate and lead TCFD reporting, emissions data gathering, and climate-risk analysis.
• Stay updated on TNFD recommendations and biodiversity risk strategies.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops on ESG topics.
• Build and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.
