Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability or related field.
• 6–8 years of consulting experience with environmental/health and safety advisory services.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of ESG frameworks, GHG inventories, and water stewardship.
• Experience with data analytics tools and digital ESG platforms.
• familiarity with ISO 14001/45001; would be an advantage.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Sustainable Operations projects in EHS and ESG.
• Provide consultancy across multiple industries for EHS and ESG initiatives.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure quality outcomes.
• Conduct ESG assessments, analyze exposure, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support EHS audits and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to ESG transformation projects including GHG inventories and water baseline studies.
• Develop ESG/Decarbonisation strategies and client deliverables.
• Create data visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on evolving ESG standards and reporting requirements.
