Job summary

EY Indonesia’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) is seeking an Associate to help clients identify, measure, and manage sustainability risks and opportunities as they align with global climate ambitions. You will work in a multidisciplinary team delivering advisory and assurance across ESG topics.

You will develop skills through coaching and collaboration with clients and internal teams, contributing to reporting frameworks such as GRI, IFRS S1/S2, and TCFD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental studies / engineering / sustainable development / management or related disciplines.
• Internship or relevant experience in sustainability, energy, climate, or related areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, measure, and manage impact, risks and opportunities as clients align with climate ambitions.
• Support assurance engagements over non-financial information and sustainability disclosures.
• Assist in enhancing sustainability reporting through materiality assessments and benchmarking.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to CCaSS project delivery.
• Communicate trends and drivers relevant to clients and support business development.
