Job summary

PetroSea seeks a seasoned Civil and Structural Engineer to oversee planning, design, analysis, and execution of complex projects. You will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with codes, and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs from concept through construction.

The role emphasizes safe, cost-efficient engineering solutions, on-site support, QA/QC, and active SHE stewardship to meet ISO/SMK3 standards. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or équivalent required.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering civil and structural designs for medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience in consultancy, EPC, building construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of civil and structural design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Perform structural analysis using relevant engineering software and ensure designs meet applicable codes and standards.
• Develop technical solutions for structural systems, foundations, infrastructure works, and civil components.
• Support quality control activities and ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements.
• Provide technical support during construction, verify construction compliance with design intent and safety requirements.
• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation; communicate with clients effectively.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards.
