Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks an energetic educator to provide coaching, classroom teaching, and student/parent guidance at Brain Academy Bukittinggi. You will develop materials, conduct CBC and homework clinics, and work with the Academic Team to elevate teaching quality.

You will collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and support curriculum alignment, while engaging students through blended learning and innovative methods for strong educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Experience in teaching PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri preparation.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods and blended learning approaches.
• Will be placed in Brain Academy Branch Bukittinggi (Manggis Ganting).

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including buddying MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisor(s) for academic pathways.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate with curriculum development team to align with educational standards.
