Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks dedicated educators at Brain Academy Blitar (Bung Karno) to deliver engaging classroom instruction and coaching. You will support MT Akademia through training, conduct student/parent consultations, and lead Homework Clinics to address learning gaps.

You will collaborate with regional teams, participate in CBC sessions, and develop materials aligned with HQ curricula to ensure high-quality education for students in Blitar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1 year teaching experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Experience in teaching PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri prep.
• Innovative and blended teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia and support teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct counseling with students/parents with Student Advisors to plan academic pathways and engagement.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach in classrooms with high-quality instruction and positive role modelling.
• Achieve required session targets including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum and HQ needs.
• Collaborate with curriculum team to align with standards and objectives.
