Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks an educator to provide coaching and training sessions at Brain Academy Solok (Pandan). You will deliver high-quality classroom instruction, serve as a positive teaching example, and support students in achieving academic goals.

You will collaborate with the Academic Team, develop teaching materials, and assist with curriculum implementation to align with educational standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching with track record of success; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents to provide possible pathways for students to achieve academic goals and maintain engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to assist students and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with regional team to share best practices.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate with curriculum development team to ensure alignment with standards.
