You will supervise engineering technicians, coordinate maintenance with departments and contractors, and help develop the team while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with standards. The role emphasizes responsiveness to emergencies and continuous facility improvement.

• Experience coordinating maintenance with departments and external contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily work of Engineering Technicians.
• Assign and monitor maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as scheduled.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure they are well maintained.
• Monitor the operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and engineering standards.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments and external contractors.
• Maintain engineering records, reports, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
