Job summary

PT SUPRABAKTI MANDIRI is seeking a project engineer/manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise conveyor system maintenance and related mechanical projects across Indonesia. You will prepare method statements, schedules, and resource plans, guiding site teams and coordinating with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires a degree in engineering, at least 3 years in conveyor or heavy industry, and strong skills in PM, planning, and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conveyor system, mechanical maintenance, shutdown project, plant maintenance, mining, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Conveyor System, Maintenance, and Planning & Scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project/Primavera and Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work at project/site locations across Indonesia.

• Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements.
• Prepare project reports, inspection documents, punch lists, and support project handover.
