StudyCo Education Services is looking for an experienced Education Consultant to join our team in Indonesia.
We are looking for someone with strong practical experience in the international education and study abroad sector, including student admissions, university partnerships, agent networks, and student services.
Target Destinations
Malaysia, Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide educational counselling and recommend suitable universities and programs to students.
- Manage student applications, communicate with universities, and follow up on admissions and offer letters.
- Develop direct partnerships with universities and educational institutions, including negotiating agreements and commission structures.
- Identify and develop relationships with Education Agents, Master Agents, and B2B Partners for universities and destinations where direct partnerships are not available.
- Manage and coordinate student visa procedures and logistics services through local partners, including accommodation, airport pickup, medical examinations, university registration, and post-arrival support.
- Manage and follow up on student applications from the initial consultation until the student starts their studies.
- Build, manage, and evaluate relationships with universities, agents, and international partners.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, visa regulations, tuition fees, programs, scholarships, and other relevant information.
- Update StudyCo’s website and database with accurate information on universities, programs, tuition fees, admission requirements, scholarships, visas, living costs, accommodation, and student services.
- Prepare reports and monitor student applications and partner performance.
Requirements
- Strong previous experience in the international education / study abroad sector.
- Practical experience dealing with universities and processing student admissions.
- Experience developing partnerships and working with universities or education agents.
- Good knowledge of student visa procedures and student support services.
- Very strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple student applications and partnerships simultaneously.
- -Existing relationships with universities or education agents will be a strong advantage.
