Job summary

EduBridge Surabaya is seeking an education consultant to help students choose the most suitable programs and universities. You will handle visa information, university details, applications, accommodations, and departure briefings to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

You will maintain strong communications with students and universities, and participate in marketing and promotion activities, traveling as needed to support clients and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (preferably in Hospitality).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Able to work under pressure to achieve target.
• Able to work individually as well as in team.
• Experience as Education Consultant for at least 2 years.
• Hard working and good customer service.
• Willing to travel out of town if required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Base office : Edubridge Surabaya.
