Responsibilities
- Own daily ecommerce operations across websites, including product listing, PDP/PLP, pricing, availability, and product visibility.
- Ensure all products are accurately displayed with correct price, stock status, images, descriptions, and product information.
- Monitor and conduct regular website quality checks, including broken URLs, product visibility, checkout/customer journey, and other potential issues.
- Manage sold-out, pre-order, and ready-stock product status to ensure the correct customer journey and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with MD, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure ecommerce updates are executed accurately and on time.
- Monitor ecommerce performance and identify operational issues that may impact leads, conversion, and revenue.
- Maintain ecommerce reports and trackers for daily/weekly operational monitoring.
- Support website merchandising, campaign setup, product prioritization, and onsite promotional activities.
- Work closely with Growth, Sales, MD, EPD, Tech.
Key Results
- Weekly ecommerce performance dashboard covering traffic, CVR, leads/inquiries, add-to-cart, revenue and AOV.
- Identify and execute priority CRO/merchandising initiatives with clear hypothesis, measurement and post-analysis.
- Maintain high website/catalog quality with proactive checks for product visibility, pricing, availability and broken journeys.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Ecomm manager/Growth Manager
Requirement & Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in ecommerce operations / ecommerce management.
- Strong hands-on experience managing ecommerce websites and product catalogs.
- Very detail-oriented and strong in operational execution.
- Comfortable working with large product catalogs and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, add-to-cart, leads, revenue, and AOV.
- Good analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and preferably GA4.
- Able to identify issues independently and follow through until resolution.
- Experience in luxury, watches, fashion, marketplace, or high-value products is a strong plus.
- Able to work closely with Growth/Ecomm Manager as the operational right hand, translating strategy into daily execution
