• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, preferably in tech/payments/platforms.
• Proven track record of closing and scaling enterprise partnerships with high-value deals.
• Excellent commercial judgment and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance growth opportunities and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise growth strategy and identify high-value partnerships.
• Own complex, high-stakes deals with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants for revenue growth.
