• Collaborate with performance teams to ensure campaign implementation, optimization, and delivery of KPIs.
• Translate client briefs into actionable strategies that deliver on business goals, within timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated digital marketing plans.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to deliver proactive strategic insights.
• Ensure clear communication and documentation with clients and business partners.
• Elevate team capabilities by leveraging specialist resources and encouraging knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and support Assistant Planners, helping them grow professionally and improve output quality.
