Publicis Groupe is seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Planning Manager to lead end-to-end digital planning for key accounts. In this role, you’ll be the strategic lead on digital campaign development and execution—translating client objectives into innovative, data-driven plans.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, media partners, and clients to deliver work that is impactful, measurable, and forward-thinking.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in digital media planning or strategy within a media environment.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms and/or media performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into strategic insights.
• Skilled in client communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital planning process from brief to execution across performance and brand campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams (performance, strategy, data) and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee campaign setup, delivery, reporting, and optimization to ensure KPIs are met.
• Present media plans and performance insights to clients with clarity, confidence, and a strategic perspective.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate planning approaches.
• Manage and mentor junior planners; support their development and quality of work.
• Build strong client relationships by providing proactive solutions and thought leadership.
