Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk in Jakarta seeks a Senior Officer to drive the go-to-market strategy for Indosat Official WhatsApp channels (IM3 and 3ID). You will translate strategic plans into actionable tasks and coordinate across Commercial, CVM, Product, Tech, Data, Customer Service, and partners to deliver on revenue targets.

You will lead agile execution, track timelines, and optimize campaigns using data dashboards and AI-driven techniques to boost conversions in a dynamic telecom-digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Digital Media; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in channel management or GTM execution with leadership experience.
• Experience in campaign operations, vendor coordination and rollout timelines.
• Familiarity with CVM/CRM concepts and campaign lifecycles.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Experience with WhatsApp/CPaaS or messaging platforms is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder communication across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM plans into actionable tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate execution across Commercial, CVM, Product, Tech, Data, and CS teams.
• Monitor KPIs, CSAT, and revenue targets; escalate risks to leadership.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and channel optimization ideas.
• Lead agile delivery and vendor negotiations for campaigns.
• Leverage AI-driven methods to improve revenue and engagement.
