Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking an experienced DevOps leader to guide a high-performing team responsible for multi-cloud production and non-production systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security. You will design and maintain an efficient infrastructure across production, QA, and development environments, aligning DevOps plans with company goals and driving automation through strong OKRs.

6+ years of DevOps experience with IAC, CI/CD, and automation, plus cloud infrastructure expertise

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with DevOps practices, including IAC, CI/CD and Automation.
• Strong experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Alicloud) and Devops Tools (Git, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc)
• Strong experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead A High Performing Mekari DevOps Team Through Strong OKRs Measurement, Performance Management And Coaching
• Lead The Team In Deploying, Automating, Maintaining, And Managing Multi-cloud Production And Non-production Systems, To Ensure The Availability, Performance, Scalability, And Security Of Systems.
• Designs, Builds And Maintains A Stable And Efficient Infrastructure To Optimize Service Delivery Across Production, QA, And Development Environments Throughout The Development Lifecycle
• Own All DevOps Plans And Strategies For Developing Products That Aligned With Companys Goals
