Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help design, automate, and optimize modern software delivery processes in Semarang, Indonesia. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development efficiency, reliability, and deployment velocity across cloud environments.

The role covers CI/CD pipeline implementation, IaC automation, monitoring, security, and governance across platforms like Docker and Kubernetes, with exposure to Azure/AWS/GCP and observability tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Administration, Software Engineering, or related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background and internships in DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, IaC, or Automation are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with scripting/automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with strong academic background, internship experience, certifications, personal projects, or hands-on exposure to DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, or Automation technologies are also encouraged to apply.
• Intermediate proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices.

Bonus Point

• If You Have Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar solutions.
