Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life seeks a DevOps professional to design and manage CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC across on-prem and cloud environments, and optimize system reliability. The role collaborates with IT, QA, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments and adherence to data protection and insurance regulations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DevOps, cloud infra, or system administration, with strong Linux, scripting, and automation tool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system administration.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Monitor and optimize system availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with IT Application Development, Infrastructure, QA, and Cybersecurity teams to integrate automation, monitoring, and secure deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, data protection requirements, and applicable insurance industry regulations.

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix, automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins), and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or YAML.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking, system security, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or similar IT operations and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in insurance or other regulated industries is an advantage.
