Job summary
PT. TELKOM AKSES is seeking a senior IT leader to drive development and operations of applications, systems and digital solutions in Jakarta.
You will lead the Development & Operations team, oversee CI/CD, change, incident, and release management, and ensure security, availability and business continuity across complex telecom platforms.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality IT services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 5–7 years in IT with exposure to IT Development, Application Operations, DevOps or IT Service Management; leadership preferred.
- Certifications in ITIL, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Information Security or Project Management are advantageous.
- Willing to provide escalation support for critical IT services when required.
- Strong skills in Development & Operations, CI/CD, System Integration, Cloud, Security, Incident & Problem Management, Change & Release Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT development and operations to ensure reliable, secure delivery of applications and digital solutions.
- Oversee development, deployment, integration, and production operations for availability and scalability.
- Guide the DevOps team to improve CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
