Job summary

Telkom Akses seeks an IT Development & Operations Lead to steer the delivery of reliable, secure digital solutions. You will oversee development, deployment, integration, and production operations ensuring system availability and performance in a dynamic telco environment.

You will guide the DevOps practice, manage incidents, change, and release processes, and drive automation and continuous improvement across teams. Jakarta-based role with emphasis on governance and business alignment.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
5–7 years in IT with exposure to IT Development, Application Operations, DevOps, or IT Service Management; leadership or managerial experience preferred.
ITIL, Cloud, DevOps, Network, Information Security, or Project Management certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT development and operations activities to ensure reliable, secure, and effective delivery of applications and digital solutions.
Manage application development, deployment, integration, and production operations for system availability, performance, and continuity.
Guide Development & Operations team to deliver IT initiatives per business priorities, timelines, and IT standards.
Oversee DevOps practices, including CI/CD, release management, version control, deployment automation, and monitoring.
Ensure change, incident, problem management, backup, and recovery processes minimize disruption and maintain reliability.
Coordinate transition of new applications and enhancements from development to production for BAU readiness.
Ensure activities comply with company policies, information security, IT governance, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance, identify issues and opportunities, and resolve incidents and operational problems promptly.
Collaborate with business units, IT infrastructure, security, vendors, and stakeholders to support development, integration, and operations.
Manage IT vendors and partners, including performance, SLAs, and issue resolution.
Prepare performance reports for Management covering availability, incidents, deployments, and progress.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and technology adoption for reliability and efficiency.
