SG-EDTS is seeking a seasoned DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP. You will drive CI/CD pipelines, automation, and collaboration with development, QA, and security teams to improve deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with observability and incident management practices.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenSearch.
• Scripting with Bash and Python; Git and GitOps including Argo CD.
• Design and manage scalable, secure cloud infra; HA/DR strategies.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, TLS/SSL).

Job description

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support business and operational requirements
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software development and deployment.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve deployment processes.
• Implement infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and implement cost optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance tuning for cloud infrastructure, applications, and platforms
• Design and ensure the implementation of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), backup strategies, and business continuity solutions in accordance with organizational standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation, platform standards, and DevOps best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Person We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proven experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and configuration management tools
• Experience implementing infrastructure automation, observability, and incident management practices
• Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and OpenSearch
• Scripting using Bash and Python.Git and GitOps practices, including Argo CD.3. Technical Competencies
• Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
• Mandatory Skills Cloud Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, and self-managed Kubernetes). Docker and container platforms. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky Linux). Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, and TLS/SSL
• Problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
