Job summary

Airswift Indonesia is seeking a Senior Well Completion Engineer to design, plan and execute deepwater completion campaigns in line with corporate objectives. The role covers material selection, tubing stress, stimulation, and well integrity, with offshore supervision as required.

You will manage tenders, schedules and deliverables, ensure contractor and HSE compliance, monitor budgets and performance, and document lessons learned for future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years oil & gas experience across multiple locations.
• Minimum 15 years in E&P and 10 years in Senior Deepwater Completion engineer role.
• Minimum 5 years supervising completion operations offshore.
• Minimum 5 years SE Asian exploration and development drilling & completion experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead well completion design and planning.
• Ensure completion contractors comply with company and host authority policies.
• Ability to perform offshore completion operation supervision when required.
• Plan equipment, materials, and schedule for completion campaigns.
• Monitor operations against budget, cost reports and KPI.
• Prepare well completion plans and operation procedures for office and onsite execution.
• Document lessons learned and ensure HSSE compliance across operations.
