Mubadala Energy is seeking a Senior Engineer, Completion to lead deepwater well design, planning and execution. The role covers onshore/offshore coordination, design of lower and upper completions, and integration with drilling objectives.

The candidate should have 15+ years in oil & gas, with offshore supervision experience and strong HSE, project controls, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years oil & gas experience across multiple locations.
• 5+ years supervising offshore completion operations.
• Minimum 5 years SE Asian exploration and development drilling & completion experience.

Aufgaben

• Design well completion and installation programs including material selection and lower/upper completion design.
• Prepare and execute well completion plans from office and on-site; supervise offshore execution as needed.
• Monitor operations against plan and budget; optimize performance and manage contractor performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met; coordinate risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP).
• Review processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
