Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Data Migration Analyst in Jakarta Selatan to drive data extraction, transformation and loading for ERP and custom systems. You will perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and validation while ensuring data quality through testing and reconciliation.

The candidate should have at least 4+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with ETL tools and data governance considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years as Data Migration Analyst.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data analysis, profiling and validation techniques.
• Familiar with ETL tools or scripting-based migration approaches and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support detailed data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation of data.
• Perform source system data analysis and profiling.

Job description

- Execute and support detailed data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation of data.

- Perform source system data analysis and profiling

- Prepare and maintain Source‑to‑target mapping documentation, Transformation and validation rules

- Develop and execute Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes

- Conduct Data migration testing, Reconciliation and completeness checks

- Identify, log, and remediate Data defects, Data quality issues and exceptions

- Support Migration test cycles, Mock runs and cutover execution

- Produce migration evidence and documentation for audit and sign‑off purposes

- Work closely with business users to validate migrated data accuracy

Req:

Minimum 4+ years as Data Migration Analyst

- SQL and relational databases

- Data analysis and data validation techniques

- Familiar with ETL tools or scripting‑based migration approaches, Data reconciliation techniques (row count, control totals, exception handling)

- Experience migrating data for ERP / packaged systems and/or Custom applications

- Basic understanding of Data governance and security considerations

- Able to work independently on assigned migration tasks with structured supervision

- SQL, Excel, basic ETL tools (e.g., ADF/Talend/ODI/SDI) and data quality tools.
