Zusammenfassung

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. invites an experienced Senior Engineer, Fit-out to join our Jakarta team. You will support end-to-end data center construction and fit-out delivery, from early works to handover, ensuring design intent and quality.

You will review architectural, MEP and data hall drawings, coordinate contractors, supervise trades, enforce safety, and manage documentation, RFIs, change orders and commissioning support to achieve a smooth operations handover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction and fit-out, preferably for data centers.
• Strong knowledge of data center white space design, rack layout and cable containment.
• Experience reading architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM/CAD a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end delivery of data center construction and fit-out from early works to handover.
• Review and interpret architectural, MEP, and data hall layout drawings for on-site implementation.
• Supervise contractors and trades to ensure quality, safety and schedule adherence.
• Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and ensure design intent.
• Review construction docs: method statements, RFIs, change orders, as-builts.
• Collaborate with design consultants and internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize space.
• Enforce safety rules and compliance with local codes and environmental requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and client updates.
• Assist with commissioning and handover activities.
