Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, design, and construction of mission-critical data center facilities in Jakarta.

You will drive end-to-end projects in high-availability environments, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 8–12+ years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of project management experience, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments.
• PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Revit, and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage internal teams, external vendors, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards.
• Ensure all permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and risk factors.
• Oversee quality control, health and safety, and change management processes.
• Manage financial tracking, budget adherence, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate commissioning and integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
• Ensure project documentation, closeout reports, and handover to operations are completed.
