Job summary

DayOne Data Centers, a Singapore-headquartered global digital infrastructure platform, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end data center construction and fit-out projects in the Asia Pacific region.

You will review architectural, MEP, and data hall drawings, supervise contractors, ensure safety and quality, manage project documentation, and assist with commissioning and handover activities to ensure smooth transitions to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in construction and fit-out, preferably in data centers.
• Strong ability to read construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM/CAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of data center construction and fit-out projects.
• Review drawings and ensure accurate on-site implementation.
• Supervise contractors and trades to meet safety and schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and manage punch lists.
• Review construction documentation and change orders.
• Assist with system commissioning and handover activities.
