Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Senior Customs Clearance Manager to oversee import/export compliance in Indonesia. You will lead clearance operations and serve as an authorized signatory for export declarations, ensuring regulatory alignment with government authorities and partners.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, PPJK preferred, 7–10 years in customs/trade logistics, strong HS code knowledge, and English proficiency for regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any discipline.
• PPJK certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Customs Clearance, International Trade, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/ governance experience in multinational organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end customs clearance operations for imports and exports and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Act as an authorized signatory for import/export documents (including export declarations).
• Develop and implement customs compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Build relationships with customs authorities and regulatory bodies to facilitate operations.
• Lead audits, inspections, and reviews, and coordinate responses to findings and inquiries.
