Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• PPJK Certification is highly preferred.
• 7–10 years in Customs Clearance, International Trade, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years in global trade compliance within multinationals.
• Experience in ICT/telecoms or related high-volume industries.
• Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and valuation.
• Excellent English for regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customs clearance for import and export activities.
• Act as authorized signatory for customs documentation.
• Develop and implement customs compliance strategies and procedures.
• Build relationships with customs authorities, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead audits, inspections, and responses to findings.
• Oversee tariff classification, valuation, and rules of origin.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into processes.
• Assess risks and mitigate shipment delays.
• Collaborate with supply chain, legal, finance and HQ.
