Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk seeks a senior data scientist to own the end-to-end science practice for churn, graduation, and revenue growth. You will apply advanced ML, causal inference, and agentic AI to translate data into commercial actions, guiding multiple squads and setting analytical standards.

You will lead data discovery, ML deployment governance, and mentorship of analysts, driving platform migrations and advanced analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• S1 or higher in a quantitative field; S2/Master's preferred.
• 7–10 years hands-on DS/AI/ML or related roles; at least 3 years as principal scientist or lead practitioner owning production ML systems.
• Certified Data Scientist (CDS), Google/AWS ML Engineer, or equivalent ML certs; PMP or governance credential a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end ML models for churn, revenue growth, and ARPU.</br>Lead causal inference and A/B experimentation frameworks with rigor.
• Build strategic intelligence models: pricing elasticity and market signals.
• Architect agentic AI systems for real-time scoring and self-learning pipelines.
• Own feature store, model registry, governance, and deployment standards.
