Qualifications

• 7–10 years hands-on experience in Data Science, Customer Analytics, or AI/ML roles.
• Certified certifications in ML are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end ML models for churn, revenue growth, and LTV, from feature engineering to deployment.
• Lead causal inference and A/B testing frameworks with statistical rigour across squads.
• Build strategic intelligence models: market dynamics, pricing elasticity, and network effects on churn.
• Architect and deploy agentic AI systems with real-time scoring and self-learning pipelines.
• Own feature store and model registry ensuring quality, reproducibility and governance.
• Define deployment standards, drift monitoring, and retraining protocols across squads.
• Translate outputs into commercial briefs for senior stakeholders and act as scientific authority.
• Lead data discovery sprints and present findings to Group Heads.
• Drive migration workstreams (MLOps, data engineering, cloud infra) alongside delivery tasks.
• Mentor analysts in advanced data science methods like causal inference and graph ML.
