Job summary

Binary Academy is seeking a senior data leader to drive end-to-end machine learning workflows and align analytics outcomes with business objectives.

You will guide ML technique adoption, coordinate predictive models, and evaluate data-driven products to identify opportunities and optimize solutions. This role requires leadership, deep analytics expertise, and the willingness to work from the Mampang head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, IT Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in data-related roles.
• Strong expertise in Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with ML frameworks and big data & visualization tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, BigQuery, Tableau).
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for solving complex problems.
• Willing to work from our Head Office in Mampang.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end machine learning workflows to meet the company's business needs.
• Ensure alignment between data analysis outcomes, proposed solutions, and overall business objectives.
• Guide the selection and implementation of new machine learning techniques to enhance data-driven problem solving.
• Coordinate analytics systems and predictive models to identify business issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate the performance of data-driven products as part of business solution development.
• Drive the adoption and utilization of AI technologies to support informed business decision-making.
• Ensure environmental impact, risk assessments, and operational risk controls are properly defined and implemented within the department.
