Job summary

MSIG Life is seeking a senior marketing analytics leader to drive customer-centric programs across channels in Jakarta. You will analyze customer insights, manage campaigns, and optimize journeys to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min 8 years of experience in Customer Analytics, Customer Research, or related field within Life Insurance/financial services.
Strong knowledge of market research, CRM, and reporting and data analysis.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

Manage customer experience initiatives to improve satisfaction, loyalty and engagement across touchpoints.
Develop and execute customer programs and campaigns with monitoring and evaluation.
Analyze insights and improve journeys for seamless, relevant experiences.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to create value for customers.
Lead wellness application engagement initiatives to boost app usage.
Lead and support special projects aligned with business priorities.
