Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to leverage customer insights and lifecycle strategies across CRM channels, driving acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales.

You will plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns (retention, loyalty, cross-sell, abandoned cart) across official website and e-commerce platforms, manage automation and journey flows, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce CRM, or Customer Engagement experience.
• Experience in beauty, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries.
• Proficient in CRM System, Data Analysis, Customer Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM campaign data to identify insights and recommend improvements to campaign performance and targeting.
• Develop CRM and customer lifecycle plans using insights and business goals to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales.
• Develop customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies across CRM channels to deliver relevant experiences.
• Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational & business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across website and e-commerce channels, including retention and loyalty programs.
• Manage CRM automation, customer journey flows, and campaign assets for timely execution.
• Monitor CRM performance, engagement metrics, database quality, and campaign delivery to achieve targets.
• Manage e-commerce contact center operations in line with service standards and targets.
