Job summary

Hang Tuah Kopi & Toastery is seeking an Outlet Operations Supervisor to ensure daily operations run smoothly at our Bandung location. You will oversee service activities, uphold quality standards, and motivate staff to meet sales targets and service levels.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High commitment to customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
