Job summary

SIRCLO in Indonesia is seeking a Creator Manager to lead sourcing and partnerships with content creators across our omnichannel platform. You will design coaching programs, set acquisition targets, and guide the team to meet ambitious growth goals.

This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and a deep understanding of the MCN ecosystem, with experience in social commerce on TikTok and Shopee. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial team to maximize collaboration value and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• Minimum 3 years in creator management within MCN.
• Experience leading a team in a supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of the creator/KOL ecosystem and social commerce platforms.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Result-oriented with data-driven targets.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Result-oriented and comfortable working with data-driven targets.
