Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, DKV, Advertising, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative Content, Content Creation, Creative Strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience in content ideation, storytelling, and short-form video, with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content performance.
• Familiar with hook rate, retention rate, completion/watch rate, and engagement.
• Strong creative thinking and content development skills, with experience managing content from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and concepts based on brand and social media strategies.
• Create strong hooks and storytelling to attract and retain audience attention.
• Develop content for various formats, especially short-form video.
• Ensure content meets the required quality, consistency, and production volume.
• Develop content based on social media trends, audience insights, and brand needs.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
• Work closely with Social Media, Marketing, KOL/Affiliate, and Production teams to ensure smooth content execution.
