You'll combine a design mindset with strong storytelling, stay ahead of short-form trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or related field with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Proficient in video editing software listed in requirements.
• Ability to shoot footage independently, not just edit.
• Proficient with photo editing tools like Photoshop/Lightroom.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Up-to-date with social media and short-form video trends.
• Creative thinker with initiative and willingness to learn.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video concepts for social media & marketing campaigns.
• Handle video production including filming, directing, and editing.
• Create motion graphics and short-form content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing to transform ideas into visual storytelling.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across content.
• Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
• Support asset development and design needs when required.
• Assist in overall content production for campaigns and branding.
