Traveloka is seeking a principal-level Controller expert in Finance Operations. You will develop and implement operational plans across domains, handling complex multi-entity, multi-currency scenarios with direct impact on results.

You will drive month-end processes, close controls, and reporting, while persuading auditors and senior stakeholders on technical positions. This role emphasizes rigor, accuracy, and scalable finance operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in finance and accounting.
• Fluent with ERP-based operations (Oracle).
• Ability to liaise with auditors and business partners.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Design operational plans for a major area (AP, AR, intercompany, or close) that measurably improve accuracy, speed, and control.
• Own the most complex, multi-entity, multi-currency operations work with advanced expertise.
• Lead the technical execution of month-end and reporting deliverables within deadlines.
• Resolve high-stakes discrepancies and judgments with financial impact.
• Enhance existing processes and controls as part of domain projects.
• Set technical standards for reconciliations, accruals, and controls and uplift analysts.
