McDermott International, Ltd. is seeking a Principal Contract Management Specialist to interpret complex contract and project issues and advise on best practices.

You will work with minimal guidance, lead functional teams or projects, and apply deep expertise in Contract & Project Strategy within the Project Controls function. The role focuses on managing client relationships on prime contracts, implementing flow-downs to subcontracts and purchase orders, handling technical and commercial

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of contract management experience.
Experience in Offshore/Subsea/Onshore Oil & Gas projects preferred.

Mansioni

Manage client relationships on prime contract issues.
Flow downs from prime contract to subcontracts and purchase orders.
Client correspondence on technical and commercial issues.
Manage change, including change orders, rights, and obligations.
Insurance and insurance claims management.
Permit requirements and compliance, including LOCs.
Risk management, including risk registers and warranties.
Report to project directorate and JV/consortium partners on technical and commercial issues.
