Job summary

PT TeamworX Indonesia seeks a Planning Engineer (Construction Management) to develop and manage detailed project schedules for construction projects. You will work with design and procurement teams to ensure on-time completion within budget and quality standards, tracking progress, resources, and risks.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Construction degree with 5+ years in planning, proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and experienced in Power BI and Looker Studio for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably on-site with Main Contractor or Consultant background.
• Experience using scheduling software Primavera P6 and MS Project; data analysis tools Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Strong analytical skills in schedule tracking, variance analysis, and delay impact assessment.
• Understanding of project life-cycle from design workflows, procurement strategy, construction methods & sequence, commissioning strategy and project close-out.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Monitor progress and update schedules regularly.
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare progress reports.
• Assist in cost control and budget management.
• Manage changes to scope and timelines effectively.
