Job summary

PT Ambrosius Utama Indonesia seeks a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to assist B2B clients with installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing semi-automatic and fully automatic coffee machines. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and calibrate machines to ensure brewing quality.

Ideal candidates have SIM C and are willing to work shifts; SIM A is a plus. Fluency in English and knowledge of coffee beans and roast profiles are advantageous as you coordinate

Qualifications

Experience in B2B service and client relationship management.
Technical maintenance of espresso machines, auto coffee machines, and grinders.
Willing to work shifts; English fluency is a plus; SIM C required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to B2B clients for coffee machines.
Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose issues.
Calibrate machines to ensure brewing quality.
Handle on-site and remote troubleshooting as needed.
Replace faulty parts and test reassembled systems.
Maintain service, maintenance, and spare parts records.
Coordinate with service and sales teams for after-sales support.
Manage inventory of machines, spare parts, and tools.
Prepare machines and parts for installation or service activities.
Support warranty documentation.
